As it turned out that every sb can make it on Firday, rather amazingly ;]

All bms will have the videoing together on Friday except for the Clars sb, that is having the videoing after band on Tuesday, 23 June :] I hope everyone is fine with this yea. For Minyi and Zheng ning who have not given their preferred date as they're overseas, they will either join us on Friday 26th or the Tuesday 23rd with the Clars.

There will be a fixed camera videoing the entire of the sbs for easy editing later, so bms not to worry about the bringing of camera matters :]


It will be from 9am to 1pm in the school for Friday. Please meet at foyer at 9am yea :] All sbs (including Clars) please discuss about about the videoing before the day itself. Come prepared with something to do ;] Every sb has a time limit of 2 minutes for the video at the most, you need not make use of the entire 2 minutes talking, neither do you need to prepare something as long as 2 mintues; yea how to plan the time is up to you. You are given 1/2hr for the videoing; please be prepared so that the batch won't be held up. For Clars hm maybe you can have a little more time since you'll be he only one videoing on Tuesday ;]

FluboesTrumpetsHorns (Assuming Minyi can make it on Firday)
Eubonium (Assuming Zheng Ning can make it on Friday)

Percs


You can stay after your shift to watch the others if you like ;] The NG scenes will be pretty funny ;D

p.s. 8 July is a school day and the concert is rather late. The next day is a school day as well. I'm sorry but I don't think it is possible to get the entire batch to go. My parents wouldn't agree for me to go either. Maybe we can have a half batch outing? Thank you for the suggestion though :]
