Hello fellow BANDeaus!!

Me, your friendly Jessica, has decided to give you a new post!

hyq wants me to send you all a motivational speech!
Here goes:
Dear fellow BANDeaus, i seriously feel that we all need to practise harder, be it indiving, instructor prac, or direct taking. You see, we have sort of taken up the Sec 4s place in band, and us not being able to play as well as them, will pull down that standard even more. All the other batches of band members are trying their best to be as good as possible, but it is not going to BE possible if we, that youngest and newest batch, do not put in more, or should i say, equal amount of hard work as them. Why should we not practise hard if we are already not so good? Don't you feel bad that we are pulling down the band standard (in general)? So please, please try to indiv AT LEAST once a week, oki? and when you have any time to slack, i hope you'll take the initiative and run to the band room, grab your instru and START PRACTISING!!!! and please try to request for direct taking, even though i know it is super hard to do. OKAY? so swallow your pride and do your best, kays?
